Furious Shop Terms of Service

By buying at Furious Shop, or being in this server, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service.

• Make sure to join the Discord!

• Warranty is specified in the product description. Note: All Lifetime accounts (excl. Spotify) have a limited warranty of 1 Year.

• For most shared accounts, the following applies unless otherwise specified. This doesnt apply to Private Accounts or Upgrades:

• No profiles should be added or deleted (use an existing one)

• The password or email may not be changed

• Can only be used on one device.

• Replacements will be given.

• Refunds will not be given due to the irrevocable nature of digital content. Exceptions can be made, regarding exceptional cases.

• Warranty becomes Null if you leave bad feedback, without justification or without contacting us first so we can resolve the issue.

• Ensure to read the description. Warranty claims as a result of not reading description will not be fulfilled.

• For Spotify:

• It is quite rare for your premium to be taken away. If we see that the premium is going away regularly, it shows that there is an issue on your end. Because of this, there may be a need to create new account(s) for your premium. Refunds will not be issued if this is the case, or if replacements can be given. If you have been in a family plan in the last 12 months, you will also need to make a new account.

• We cant assure that it will go. We will replace it as many times as possible. Most peoples will last for a a long time before it needs to be reset, but we cant guarantee how often you will need to replace it.

• Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the shop.

• Details: Warranty will be on Hold if:

• i. If we ran out on stock.

• ii. If we think your claims are false

• These TOS are subject to change at any point, and can be without notice.
