For accounts, the warranty is for the lifetime of the shop. Please check description of the product. For Upgrades, please check description of the Product Warranty becomes null if you leave bad feedback, without justification or without contacting us first so we can resolve the issue. Warranty will be on Hold: i. If we ran out on stock. ii. If we thing your claims are false

What is the refund policy?

What are the rules of Shared Accounts

For most shared accounts, the following applies unless otherwise specified. This doesnt apply to Private Accounts or Upgrades: No profiles should be added or deleted (use an existing one) The password or email may not be changed Can only be used on one device.

What are the rules of Account Upgrades

For Personal Account Upgrades, changing the email, or Payment Method will void warranty and remove the subscription.
